Pros

The mission statement is more than just lip service. Plenty of advancement opportunities if you are good at reading the culture and can build relationships (the more the better). Surprisingly innovative in some specific areas focused on member-contact and analytics.

Cons

Senior managers don't want to rock the boat - jealous of the goodwill they've earned and don't want to spend it - success is all about relationships. People who are good at getting things done aren't always embraced. There is an insularity about the place...tremendous opportunities to save money and focus the business are not explored because we just know we're the best.

Pros

Health benefits are incomparable, Employee life insurance costs are low, Education benefits allows you to progress with college degrees and/or insurance designations, Manager support is outstanding (in comparison to other call center management), Fair Bonuses, Work-Life balance is wonderful

Cons

When trying to move up (or over), you are competing with some very talented and qualified employees, so it can be a bit discouraging.

Pros

Nice building and nice cafeteria.

Cons

Low salary for the amount of work required. No commissions either but you are required to sell , write policies and get referrals. Terrible micromanagement. Non stop calls without breaks in between. Very stressful on the phones and dealing with management, they work you like a slave and management talk to you like a child. No room for advancement, you are stuck on the phones with not time to breathe between calls. The morale is very low and depressive.I just stood up one day and said this is enough, just walked out and got another job with better pay. NEVER AGAIN WILL MAKE THIS MISTAKE... .....
