Pros

The mission is one you can believe in, and you feel proud to tell people where you work. The benefits are fantastic, and the training is top-notch. The campus grounds are beautiful, and there are so many amenities available to employees who have time to use them.

Cons

Overworked and not enough time off the phones to be able to work claims they way they need to be in order to provide the customer service that is expected. The numbers of members has dramatically increased, but they number of adjusters to handle the workload has not. And your schedule is incredibly micromanaged.
