Pros

- Good starting pay - Great benefits - Great onsite amenities - Great mission - Military friendly -Work from home opportunities

Cons

- Highly micro-managed. Every minute of your workday is monitored - Pressure cooker sales expectations - Call center environment with non-stop incoming calls, all day every day - Working in a highly structured environment isn't always a bad thing, but I often felt like I was back on active duty
