Pros

Good company with great CEO Strong financial strength

Cons

Some boss may not be good and may hinder your career progression Military based and there are strong bias. Call themselves diversified but really not. No career progression for person with foreign descent (even though they are US citizen) especially in management career path.

Pros

USAA offers many benefits for their employees including a great 401k plan, vacation, health benefits, and great products. Very supportive of the military community.

Cons

Based on the area you work in, you may feel micro-managed as it is a call center. It can sometimes be very difficult to transition to other areas. You are expected to cross-sell products.
