Pros

You have everything you need onsite fitness center game rooms cafe'

Cons

horrible work life balance they make everything available to you at work because once you leave you to tired to do anything else drains you emotional and physically very stressful work you non-stop

Pay Ramps up fairly quickly nice onsite gyms decent benefits

Cons

Goals for reps seem to double every year reps state that we don't get commissions so we are honest what they don't tell you is we have numbers to meet and if we don't get you transferred you're likely to be let go calls are highly structured to optimized sales

Pros

They pay well. Great benefits. You don't have to work more than 40 hours. They have really nice facilities. You don't have to be a genius.

Cons

It is extremely hierarchical. Top-down management approach. Heavy pressure to sell in most positions. It's like working in a brainwashing environment. Most people work weekends. Colleagues are total idiots. Most mid-level managers are total idiots and you only get promoted if you don't think for yourself and spread their weird propaganda.
