Pros

The organization really takes care of it's employees and really strives to make the campus a place where not only can you work but you can relax. Benefits are great! Bonuses are nice.

Cons

Hard to move up. They hire externally a lot more than internally, so if you are hired its harder to move up within the company.

Pros

Great benefits: 8% 401k match, Annual performance bonus in 2010 was 18% of our annual salary (highest ever, average is 14%), Christmas Bonus you get an extra 2 week paycheck, flexible with time off, we get a $3000 Health Spending Account every year for a family of 4 people. Health plan with Humana covers 90%. Lots of training. I walked in knowing nothing about insurance and now I could run my own agency

Cons

Call center environment... if you don't mind that, you'll go very far. Little time between calls. A strong push to offer a new product on every call from management.
