Pros

Great benefits. Amazing mission. Perfect level of feedback from managers. O.K. pay.

Cons

Back-to-back calls all day. (That's all you'll ever do.) Management expects you to do complete certain tasks but continuously take call. Completely numbers driven. (Even though they won't outwardly admit it.) Understaffed. ALL THE TIME. (Haven't seen additional staffing in my department even though we've added 8 million members this year.) Pay is not that great even with a degree. No work/life balance.

Pros

Benefits and job opportunities are surprisingly great. Cafeteria, Gym(s), In-House clinic and Pharmacy are some of the amenities.

Cons

As far as in the IT area, it is based on favoritism. Promotions occur based on social networking and appeal.
