Pros

Great Benefits, great training, and good employees to be around. Many people there are seeking a career position, and they are constantly offering training on new things.

Cons

Was moved around to way too many teams in 3 years. Had 6+ different managers and was constantly being graded under different styles. Were very unaccommodating when had a serious personal issue come up in my family

Pros

The best reason to work for USAA are it's customers: military folks and their families who sacrifice so much for us. Their importance is continually stressed at the company. The products that are offered are good and the benefits are good. If you are a good salesperson, you will thrive at USAA.

Cons

If you do not have a sales mentality then your chances of success are limited. The choices of career paths are limited.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits are ok.

Cons

Too much micro-managing going on and if you don't fit into their designs for the position to a tee, they will get rid of you. Nit-picking unimportant details of your work on a daily basis doesn't make for a safe or relaxed environment without fearing that you will lose your job.
