      Great benefits, lots of vacation time, nice buildings/grounds.

      Cons

      Focus on "referrals" being higher than the focus on claims adjusting. Heavy workload. Lots of checklists for everything.

      good benefits, but slowly going away

      workplace of the future & lower/middle management. workplace of the future is a plan to have all employees trained to handle all task. therefore, saving $ on hiring. team managers & middle management are a joke. basically, they want mindless robotic people that respond to their orders. like being in 1st grade again. managers actually count the times you are 1 minute late arriving, from break or lunch!
