Pros

Benefits and communte are outstanding. Food choces and health awareness makes it easy to stay fit while working at your job.

Cons

Cannot get promoted even though you are at the top of your team. Need to be more flexible with working schedule.

Pros

Fantastic working conditions, Benefits can't be beat. Training opportunities/education is available for anyone wishing to take advantage. Good work-life balance. Company core values are beyond reproach.The mission is truly ingrained into the corporate culture- not just lip service.

Cons

Political. Very structured in some departments. Some departments are really great places to work; some, not so much. High stress environment for management-level employees. Change management is a constant concern.

A steady paycheck. The ability to further your education and then to move on to a leader in the industry, not a follower...

Cons

Very political. Product count is all that matters. Being a good financial advisor has very little to do with your career advancement. What the member thinks of you has very little to do with job evaluation, even though the client is the most important person in the equation....
