The employee themselves are incredible. People are approachable, nice and want to get work done. There's clear expectations and clarity in commander's intent.

Cons

The CEO is ruthless and struggles to display and vocalize empathy. I do not recommend this company unless you can go in 4 days a week, reports are being pulled on badge entries along with time.
