Pros

company mission and strong culture (but this is changing). benefits (they are decreasing but are still better than other companies). 8% 401k match. retirement plan (changed in 2021 and much worse for employee) . medical insurance. PTO. maternity & paternity leave. tuition reimbursement. bonus (decreased dramatically in 2021). Huge focus on diversity and inclusion (so much that it feels forced)

Cons

Reduced benefits (bonus and 401k). broken IT systems. People are overworked. Some areas are miserable to work in. either back to back meetings or back to back phone calls. promotions are getting more difficult and transfers are almost impossible (there are too many talented employees applying for open positions). Forced to return to office after working remote for over a year. not enough remote positions. poor work life balance. bad leadership decisions the company is getting too woke. donating millions to advance racial equality and taking out bonds while the company is falling apart at the seams. fix the IT systems and take care of your employees and members.

Pros

Cushy job. The work benefits were great when I started, but company leadership have been steadily working towards stripping those away.

Cons

The majority of IT in the company is entrenched in outdated technology. If you make a name for yourself, and you network around, you can land a spot on one of the few areas actually using modern tech.

Pros

401K match 8% Holiday Bonus Company Bonus Multiple opportunities once inside Employee wellness/incentive program The Mission and our Members

Cons

Company Bonus has decreased every year for the last 6+ years. The culture has shifted recently from valuing the employee and retention has been a recent issue. This has been reflected by finding ways to cut into benefits over the years and pay. Diverting major obstacles by selling major parts of our business in recent years.
