Pros

Small company with a family atmosphere. Informal environment. No set hours. Good benefits. Fast pace. Great people. Good office space. Not a lot of red tape to get things done and moving forward.

Cons

At times the fast pace got out of control. Lack of processes in place to control the projects as they emerged. Some people in high positions lacked the education (both formal and personal) to deal with other employees in stressful situations. Lack of a formal HR department.
