The only positive was the pay

Cons

As a developer I was barely communicated with. I would just be given a ticket and once done it would take a week for it to get approved. The CEO would attend weekly meetings that really had nothing going on. Project manager was lax and barely got any progress out. On my last meeting the CEO went on a very unprofessional rant drilling on the project manager about productivity. After the meeting the CTO who I worked directly with told me everything was fine and my job was safe. The next day I got a call from HR and laid me off due to the “project being put on pause by the CEO”.

Wonderful collaborative culture. Very open and supportive team. No micro management and expectations for success are clear.

Cons

Not a while lot! We are all moving fast and the company is growing rapidly. It can be tough to keep up and retain great people in an environment with this many moving pieces.
