Toxic and Condescending Environment

-Good client base -Base Salary

Cons

Where to start......... -Terrible work environment -Zero Culture (Don't let the other review about culture make you think there is one) -Zero leadership (Sharing pictures of graphs and data doesn't make you a leader) -Lots of friends and family here and if you're part of that group then you don't have to worry about any sort of accountability for your production -CEO driven and watch out because you never know what type of mood he will be in -Never in my life have I been around a group of people more condescending than here -Zero chance for career growth -Commission plan is one of the worst in the industry

As a professional services firm, we have a commitment to our employees to ensure that everyone is working productively. Timesheets are part of that. However, it sounds like there were some communication issues around expectations and further communication issues as part of your eventual offboarding.
