Pros

The people are everything. We get to work with some truly bright people and be as creative as we can possibly be. The flexibility of working from home can't be beat. Great place to grow.

Cons

Working from home isn't for everyone. Be sure you can manage your time effectively. Sometimes this can be a high stress workplace.

Thanks for your review. We are constantly growing and pushing ourselves. This can sometimes be stressful. However, pushing to the limits allows us to achieve greatness and that is ultimately the goal. We have been trying out some new communication methods. We are still working out the bugs to get everyone to not only receive it, but, read it. But, I feel like we have some good alternate solutions that will get us there. Thanks again for your feedback.

USDM has been a fantastic place to work. Management is very engaged in every aspect of the business with an open door policy. They encourage a collaborative environment, entrepreneurship mindset, out of the box thinking and teamwork. With a focus on growing people and aligning their strength with organizational needs. The culture at USDM is if you work hard and result oriented it pays off with personal and financial growth.

Cons

USDM might move too fast for some people. Need to be a self-starter and able to figure things out.
