Pros

USDM has provided me a solid platform to make my vision a reality. It has an environment which empowers its employees to be the best they can be, by offering full access to expert knowledge and support, best in breed tools/practices, and quality engagements/experiences with clients. USDM offers the unique opportunity to lead at every level of the company, to develop/deploy innovative solutions, and ultimately help clients navigate successfully through regulatory requirements, to expedite the delivery of life-saving products to the patients. You have the freedom to be creative and fashion your career to what you want it to be. USDM provides great compensation and benefits, including the possibility of flexible work arrangements (depending on the type of engagement). If you want to make a great difference to your career, clients and community, and have a self-driven, go-getter mindset, then USDM is where you want to be.

Cons

Fast moving environment, which may be overwhelming, and not best fit for those that need a lot of direction. (Good fit for motivated, high-capacity individuals that are self-driven, ready to lead, ready to learn quickly, help their clients be successful, and hit the road running)

Pros

USDM is an amazing company to work for. They employ the best thought leaders and subject matter experts in the field, and everybody is available to provide guidance and support. I think overall the most important part of USDM's success is that they encourage all of their employees to grow. At USDM you really can cut your own career path, and share in the profits of business generation. They also have great benefits and a really friendly management structure and work atmosphere.

Cons

USDM offers their employees a lot of autonomy and in order to really benefit from their generous compensation packages you do need to be a self starter and be willing to ask questions and be proactive.

We are constantly seeking to challenge how they are doing things to help them get more value. It's great that you see that employees are encouraged to grow. Transforming people from high potential to become high capacity people so that they can make an impact and do the best work of their life is our mission. Thank you for pointing out the need for greater communication on growth opportunities even to the farthest reaches of the company. Better enabling team leads and communicating opportunities is a priority for 2017. We have a communication task force that is finalizing the strategy for 2017 and your should be seeing more soon!

Pros

The organization is fast-paced and extremely flexible when it comes to work opportunities. Internally, the team is comprised of incredibly talented and likable individuals. Benefits have gotten remarkably better and broader, year over year. Management is open to well thought out, achievable changes to the way the company operates.

Cons

If you don't like a fast paced environment, this can be a con. Things move exceedingly quickly. Many of the staffers are remote, and we aren't often afforded the opportunity to work with each other as frequently as I'd like. Again, given the fast-paced nature, one only need to wait for the right project to crop up.
