A great place to work is about people and USDM has a lot of great people to work with - including thoughtful and inspiring leaders. USDM offers very flexible work models and opportunities to advance in your career. Ideas are always welcome and appreciated. Open and very collaborative culture globally. It is just exciting to be part of this great team and help driving innovations and digital transformation with USDM as a recognized and leading service provider to the Life Science Industry.

Cons

Within a fast-growing organization, you always need to deal with a bit of a chaos. USDM is in the process of driving the right balance within the transformation process to establish well defined global procedures and structures without losing agility and velocity. Fast growth and flexible work models means you need to be self-motivated and take real responsibility for and ownership of your work like an entrepreneur.

Thank you for your feedback. USDM is growing quickly and extremely fast paced so we understand that there are some challenges. We have been working on our career paths for our team members and have recently promoted several teammates in a variety of our departments. USDM has a talented team, where we have some impressive professional journeys where team members started within our consulting division, and now hold a position on our Leadership team. We encourage all to excel and grow within the company. To help with consistent Manager feedback, we have recently launched our quarterly performance reviews to ensure feedback. USDM also has an employee engagement survey every year to hear our teams’ voices and have an engagement committee to take action where improvement is needed. We appreciate your comments.
