Pros

I have been working at USDM for almost 3 months and I can honestly say that this move was the best decision for my career and personally. I am so glad that I took that call a few months back to hear about a potential opportunity when I wasn't even looking. I love what the company stands for and how we operate. The collaboration and support of management is by far the best I have seen.

Cons

The only con I see is not enough hands on training, I do know they are in the process of improving this area so therefore, none

Pros

Bold, dynamic company with a can-do attitude. Always something happening. Good fit for entrepreneurial, problem solver types and people willing to move fast. Good teamwork.

Cons

Maybe not the best fit for people that don't hussle. Nobody is going to hold your hand.

Pros

I love working here. I'm able to work with the latest and greatest technologies, the people are amazing, and we're leading the industry in regulated business process optimization. From my 3+ years here, I appreciate that we're always innovating, always looking to learn and get better, and always looking to provide amazing solutions to our customers.

Cons

We're busy and everyone has a lot on their plate.
