Fast paced growing company. Highly skilled SME's in over 20 different need to have services in a recession proof industry. Ability to influence the growth of the organization contributing to everyone's success. Amazing people that work hard and sincerely care about the work performed, fellow co workers and customer satisfaction with quality work. And great fantastic owners that are always there for you to listen and support your growth on both a work and personal level. USDM is my family...my home.

Cons

Company is growing very fast and it can get very demanding. There are alot of Alpha Males and Females in the organization and everyone wants to be a success and get recognized for their own individual contributions and achievements which can sometimes out shadow the need for humble team environment.

The clients I help at USDM are some of the most fascinating, cutting edge medical device companies in the world. I am exposed to many of their new, cutting edge products, which is really exciting for me. No two days are the same, so coming to work is actually fun. I am helping our clients make decisions and implement systems and processes that make a huge difference in the world. The managing partners at USDM make themselves available to all levels of employees, which in my experience is rare. The work environment is fun too. The company regularly has company events and happy hours.

Cons

USDM is growing quickly. There are some growing pains at times. As the company grows, there are some occasional long days, but the company really does a lot to give back to their employees.

This team is extremely likable, and enjoyable to work with. Abundant growth opportunities due to everchanging nature of industry and premier services USDM offers.

Cons

Here at USDM, exciting changes happen quickly, so every day is different and offers new opportunities. USDM is not for those that desire a set, rigid role.
