Empty promises Poor training and continued education Long hours Repetitive and redundant work Micromanaging Unreasonable expectations High turnover Management plays favorites Negative culture- employees constantly bad mouth USG, business decisisions and management. I could go on forever...

-very understanding and flexible with your schedule -kind and caring upper management -encourage you to succeed a progress -the hard work you put in does not go unnoticed -nearly impossible to get fired unless you are just not doing your job continuously or are causing issues in the workplace

the lower level drama and pettyness is outrageous

The IT and systems at USG is state of the art. Also a few great knowledgeable people.

Training is horrible as it is often The blinding leading the blind. Toxic work place. Management lacks professionalism.
