No training, awful pay, unfulfilled promises, everyone worrying about everyone but themselves, expensive insurance plans.

Excellent environment for success. Extensive system and carrier training offered with continued opportunities for additional sales/marketing classes to ensure growth and advancement. Management, both branch level and corporate level, offers personalized support and guidance.

Cons

Benefits can be costly for dependents.

Nice, knowledgeable people in the office I was in.

Cons

Very expensive benefits. In order to have benefit costs partially paid by the employer, you need to work at least two years and be very successful.
