Flexible with your hours. This is a great place to start your career. As they help train you and help you grow.

Cons

The drama is outrageous. It is not just the lower level employees. Its across the board. The upper level employee encourages tattling about the most petty things. They promote people who tattle. You could mumble something to yourself in a far off corner and get introuble for it. You could set something down real quick and it be loud and you will get introuble for having a fit and slamming things.

Flexible hours were at availability. Good manager, good work environment. Bad manager, bad workplace morale

Wage stayed stagnant. You had to beg for a raise repeatedly and it was very low
