I would say as a foreigner full-time employee, my case is always different since I do require a little different consideration or understanding for my situation. I definitely can find that care here at USI. The management is 100% flexible and the work environment is very encouraging to always give the best. The team is supportive.

Cons

USI needs to hire more people for the big amount of workload that we have.

USI has an amazing company culture and really cares about their employees and clients! I always feel so comfortable and noticed by my coworkers and the owners of the company -- USI truly feels like a second family. USI also allows you to grow in your career and does very well to take care of their employees financially, as well. Overall, USI is a really great place to work if you want a company that values a work/life balance where family always comes first and you have unlimited potential to grow!
