This company's leadership team truly cares about & believes in their people (employees). There is no shortage of support when it comes to employee encouragement, mentoring, professional training, goal-setting, workload assistance, open-door policy with owners, reasonable flexibility in work schedules, and the desire to help others experience a fulfilling & exciting career in our industry. The firm is open to new ideas and ventures as a company, whether it involves employees, customers, or a combination of both. USI's philanthropic efforts are also on the rise, as employees have expressed interest in helping others in our community -- so those opportunities started up earlier this year.

USI values each employee. If you are willing to speak up, your opinions/ideas are heard. They realize that good employees are the reason clients stick around. Hard work is noticed and appreciation is shown. They are a company that sticks to values. They have integrity. They are upfront with clients and therefore have earned a lot of respect. Overall they are the best employer I've ever had. I hope I never have to work anywhere else. When I hear other people complain about their jobs, it feels so good to know I work somewhere that is loyal to its employees.
