High employee turn-over Already severely understaffed and supervisor let another employee go during the busiest season - for Personal reasons. Forced the workload of 2-3 people onto a single person and let that employee experience burn-out with no additional full-time hires until 6+ months Micromanages and complains for team to do better but team is already overwhelmed and clearly needing more staff. Supervisor exhibits multiple instances of racial microaggressions
