Good Company with Cult like Culture

Pros

-If you put in work and make relationships you will succeed. -many development opportunities. if your in good standing with your manager -most of the people you work with are great and care about each other

Cons

-you have to LIVE the D.O. and its like a cult! -Corporate politics at its best. A few run the show. -Overworked, always short staffed. -Turn over rate is high! 50% or more in retail! -the company values frontline over frontline leaders and doesn't treat leaders as well. -no plans for the future. I asked VPs and they said they are just going with it. -to small to be relevent -just launched LTE in 2017! years behind competitors -Starting to be all about numbers, Area managers consistently say to move people out.

Terrible Discipline System

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Great benefits, pay is mediocre.

Cons

Management is not sustainable, turnover rate is ridiculous, and they say they will train you and coach you if you do something wrong, but that’s a lie, also no room for advancement. Times are changing US Cellular and you still run your company like it’s the 50s. No wonder you can’t gain customers in your markets. The systems are also way outdated, freeze up, go down, causes loss of sales.
