      Pros

      Great benefits for employees. The place was a great place to work when Jack Rooney was President.

      Cons

      They talk about work/life balance but work you 70-80 hours/week, cancel your vacation time, change your sales quotas mid month to unrealistic expectations and expect you to go against the company values when working with customers.

      Pros

      The culture is phenomenal when modeled well by leadership. Opportunities to do meaningful work. Loved my colleagues.

      Cons

      Company is floundering. Misalignment among senior leaders is obvious and creates distractions and inefficiency for teams. Rigid processes and red tape abound. A lot of "be a good corporate soldier" talk to motivate team members. Commitment to employee development is diminishing. A lot of cuts in overhead in all forms. Downsizing is rampant. A lot of rumors that USC is getting ready to sell.

      Benefits and work/life balance. Hourly pay is competitive. 3 weeks of classroom training before stepping into a store. Hiring process was painless

      Cons

      Too much kool aid and too many barriers for accelerating career goals. Cold outbound calling, classic uniforms (suite and tie). It's a cellphone company... We sell technology not annuities
