      Pros

      Benefits are pretty good. Often times promotions come from within.

      Cons

      Recently raised cost for several things. Gave employees a raise to offset the costs. Their idea of offsetting the cost is 6000 dollars less in my pocket after another year of good hard work. Not too many people are happy with that. Salaries don't match up to competition in the area and good employees are dropping like flies

      Pros

      Well known teaching facilities that are great. Awesome learning setting and great state of the art equipment to aid in your learning.

      Cons

      Generally the pay scale is well below the market. A recent market review was done and some long term employees won't get a raise and people that have been with company 5+years aren't close to the midpoint on the pay scale.
