Thank you for your feedback and for your contributions to our 2021 holiday season. We hope that our training process prepared you to feel successful in your role. While we cannot retain all of our seasonal team members at the end of our holiday season, we do our best to connect our seasonal team with new employment opportunities, skill-based training programs provided by our community partners, and even internal internships to continue their learning at Uncommon Goods!
