Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience as a Buyer for Uncommon Goods. We appreciate and are happy to hear that your team and the remote training for your role was a highlight of your time with us. We value and appreciate the candor as we strive to consistently do better. Keeping in line with one of our guiding principles, We Are Always Learning, we will take the critical feedback and apply it to furthering our performance review process to identify and calibrate team members ready for promotion. We also review and discuss team structures regularly and hope that these concerns were also raised with your manager so we can ensure that team structuring is efficient, productive and conducive to cultivating exceptional relationships across all teams. We will make a point to circle-back and discuss directly with the buying team. Additionally, we are utilizing market-data and a 3rd party salary study to ensure we are always remaining competitive in our salary and benefits options and will again share your feedback to further dialogue around our compensation strategies. We thank you for your contributions to UG in your time with us, and the time you spent to provide this feedback so that we may continuously seek to elevate the team member experience.
