Pros

$20 per hr. is great for minimum wage work. There is Paid Sick Leave and Family Leave. You can wear casual attire at workplace. Comfortability makes work less difficult. Lunch Break lasts long, from 30 min. To 1 hr.

Cons

Lack of organization. Boxes left on the floor made it hard to package items in specific sizes . Polyester bags were only organized. Lack of help. First week employees or new hires had only one day of training or none at all. Supervisors or experienced employees didn't check up on recent hires if they were working or not. Supervisors are no help as well. Feedback or requests is either ignored or not acknowledged later on while working. Will terminate if you can't commit to hours due to reasonable circumstances. And, Too much exposure to dust. Encountered dust on the floor and when working with cardboard boxes. Had to wear mask. Wasn't warned prior regarding this issue.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we are pleased to hear that you appreciated the competitive pay, paid leave benefits, and casual work environment, we must address the concerns you raised. We take pride in running an efficient operation. While we understand that the onboarding process may feel fast-paced, it reflects the nature of our business and industry. New hires are provided with the necessary training and resources to succeed, and we encourage team members to proactively seek clarification or support if needed. Regarding supervisor engagement, we set clear expectations for all leadership staff to monitor workflow and provide assistance. We take team member feedback seriously and encourage open communication at all levels. If specific requests or concerns were overlooked, we are sorry about this and will make sure better follow-up procedures are reinforced. Regarding the work environment, warehouse operations can involve exposure to materials like cardboard and dust. While we provide masks and other protective equipment as needed, we maintain cleanliness standards to mitigate such issues. However, it is the responsibility of team members to report workplace hazards promptly so that they can be addressed. Lastly, while we aim to be flexible, our operational needs require commitment to scheduled hours. This ensures fairness to the entire team and maintains efficiency. We encourage prospective and current employees to consider their availability carefully to meet these expectations. We appreciate your time with us and wish you success in your future roles.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your experience working with us as an Experiences Specialist. We’re pleased to hear that you valued the flexibility of working from home and the competitive pay rate we offer. Creating a positive and supportive work environment is important to us, and we're glad these aspects of the role met your expectations. However, we regret that you felt a lack of growth opportunities and management guidance. While some positions may naturally offer limited upward mobility due to their scope, we strive to provide development opportunities and clear communication to all team members. We will consider your feedback as we evaluate ways to improve guidance and mentorship for our team members in similar roles. Thank you again for your feedback and for joining our team. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
