Adding so many sales people to one territory to make each person concentrate on 400-500 customers is crazy when so many of the 400-500 are customers are those that have allready dropped the service due to bad performance. 8 salesman in Charlotte maybe but the same amount in Myrtle Beach is ridicules.

CSR's at UniFirst have A LOT of responsibilities. The pay was low, we had lack of training, and a lack of management. I didn't get a 90 day review or raise like I was told during my interview. Management is not very supportive of employees having personal needs, time off, etc. And unwilling to let you make up time.
