Pros

• Decent Pay •Great work culture

Cons

•Upper management - no support from direct manager and when you try to go above them you get reprimanded • Too long of hours - 9-10 hour days • Too micromanaged - i felt that even though i was selling and making my quotas, nothing was good enough and someone was always looking over my shoulder to see if i was doing something wrong

A job, not a career.

Pros

Decent base salary + commission Friendly staff

Cons

High turnover Poor training Questionable sales tactics Poor customer service Weekly rates higher than most competitors Cold Calling I'm sure experiences differ depending on location, but my experience as a Sales Rep here was very negative. They throw you out there with no knowledge of the industry or product and expect you to meet the standard weekly quota. Turnover is extremely high here. If you want a job, then work here. If you want a career, look elsewhere. You won't find any growth opportunities here unless you want to be a Sales Manager, which is arguably the worst job in the company. There were 4 different sales managers in less than a year at my location. 3 Drivers and 1 Rep quit during my short time with the company. For the amount of work you have to do in order to close an account, you're getting heavily underpaid compared to a similar outside sales job. If you want to get out what you put in, then sell something else, or work for a competitor that will pay you 20% more.
