Pros

Other sales reps at the company were great. Commission wasn't bad, territory was large so there was a lot of opportunity at first.

Cons

Starting salary is very low. Very micromanaged, sales manager wants to know what you're doing every second of the day and if you don't have enough activities in your CRM you get in trouble. Health insurance isn't great and is expensive. I don't know if it was the location or corporate but they decided to restrict what you could sell (restaurants are no longer allowed at the location) limiting your earning potential.

Thank you for your feedback. It always disappoints us when one of our Team Partners feels their experience was a less than positive one. We hope you’ve found a better fit for yourself.

Great Opportunity

Pros

Unifirst has given me the opportunity to take what was originally a job and turned that into a rewarding career. We are all given the opportunity equally to learn from any mistakes and improve with time. Hard work is noticed and with that acknowledgement you are promoted from within as positions become available. Unifirst is always growing and due to that fact, job security is not an issue. We do not work weekends and benefits including 401k is an added bonus. Those who work to grow the business are also rewarded financially.

Cons

The service industry will always have issues that are not always easily resolved. When things do go wrong, I believe it is up to each individual to participate in the solution.
