Pros
The best sales training I have ever experienced. The managers work with you through role playing and sales training to get you to where you need to be to succeed. They are tough but thorough and their main focus is your success. There is alot of opportunity for good money if you work hard.
Cons
A lot of micro managing in the beginning (first 6 weeks) to make sure you hit your ramp up goals. Once you get through sales training, the leash loosens and you can really set your own schedule as long as you perform.
