Pros

Location truly cares about the team. You expected to do you own ground work as all sales jobs are.. I was successful after grinding through the training and taking hold of my territory. The bonuses are great now then what they use to be. If you love working on your own but, have a great people at the location that will help you be successfully if you put your heart in it. This is for you.

Cons

This job is not for everyone! Could be a little more training on some product that is offered. But, You do have all access to online training and just have to have the will power to take time to take it on your own. Can be long hours but, is rewarding after closing the deal and get well paid for it and seeing the customers faces when they are happy.

Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that you took advantage of the many bonuses we have made available to our Sales Teams. And we agree, Closing a Sale and seeing the difference you make for a business is probably the closest thing to real magic there is in this world (at least if you’re a Salesperson). ;)

Pros

Your route feels like your own business. Many ways to make extra money through contests. If you do your job they leave you alone. No micromanaging. I have been in Nashville for 7 years and it keeps getting better. I really like the team I work with.

Cons

Every place has small things but nothing major. The management staff is very good and if you have an issue they will work with you on it.

Thank you for your review and your years of service! As a Route Sales Representative, you have the ability to directly affect your paycheck and earn bonuses based on the performance in managing your route, which we think is pretty cool too. We are happy to hear that you get the support from your Management Team that you need.

Good Company, Decent Job

Pros

Good pay along with decent training. Get to learn all aspects of the business. Good benefits and vacation package along with sick time benefits.

Cons

Work long hours. Although, corporate and regional management are good the local management can determine your work atmosphere. I saw a good location turn toxic by the last GM brought in. Several complaints made but instead of trying to fix the problems or reprimand the manager they find a way to get rid of the employee. No team atmosphere, only care about yourself and how to make u ourself look good.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you felt like you learned the many different aspects of this business. There’s definitely a lot to learn! We are disappointed to hear that you felt like the Local Management Team did not live up to your expectations. Please understand we are always seeking to improve our best practices for Management, from a local level all the way to the top.
