Pros

Very good training! Cares so much about their employees their employee's success! Provides you w anything you need! Performance Based, have to have drive!

Cons

Training is good, but tough. If you are lazy, this job isn't for you. Always have to give a 110%. Not always an 8-5 job. Highs and lows need motivation.

Pros

UniFirst is an overall great company to work for. I have been with the company for almost three years now and have had minimal issues. The staff and management is great. They are always willing to help whenever you encounter an issue or need a helping hand. The overall environment of the company is very positive. Opportunities are everywhere you look, I was promoted within a year and a half of employment. UniFirst has a great training program for every department. I have never had an issue wondering if someone was there to help. UniFirst has great benefits and chances to earn more money. I would recommend UniFirst to anyone because I have learned to grow and build my work ethic with confidence.

Cons

No cons with this company.

Pros

The structural organization and training within the company is great. I was a recent college grad, with no sales experience prior to starting and I learned a lot within just five weeks of training. From video conferences with corporate to on-the field training with my manager, it was a great learning experience. There are a lot of opportunities for promotions and financial growth. There are also many incentives and bonuses that the managers will help you reach.

Cons

It's a sales job, so naturally its a competitive, tough field to work in. Lots of driving- I expected this with a sales job but territories can be large and Houston traffic makes it tiresome. PTO policies- No paid time off your first year (this includes sick days, vacation, etc) and no benefits until after 90 days.
