      Only pros is helping customers and seeing their happiness,

      Cons

      The overall experience was highly disappointing. Compensation was not competitive, and leadership often targeted individuals despite their expertise and strong performance. Favoritism and personal relationships within the workplace contributed to a toxic environment where trust was lacking. Additionally, there were concerning practices regarding transparency with customers about products and pricing, which raised serious ethical issues.

      Pros

      My time at UniFirst was incredibly formative. I particularly valued the collaborative atmosphere within our sales teams. The company also offered excellent opportunities for professional development, with my manager actively supporting my attendance at local events & conferences to expand my skillset.

      Cons

      The industry is highly competitive and its Contract Sales. With a lot driving. Company Car would be a game changer.
