      Pros

      The people that work there are wonderful management does not give him the credit that they deserve. The product that is produced is fantastic

      Cons

      Owner and VPs are blinded by the compensation and failed to address important issues. Healthcare coverage is out rages sleep expensive and benefit programs are terrible

      Pros

      Great coworkers who were always willing to work as a team to get common goals accomplished.

      Cons

      Upper management is very disconnected from the general work population and do not live the values they demand everyone focus on every day during mandatory company-wide meetings. Trend of making commitments that are hardly ever lived up to. Management rarely willing to accept responsibility for any failures; it is always the fault of everyone else except for them.

      Pros

      promoted from within , not told of preemployment testing for new position until 6months into position by idiotic flustered boss. Refused testing due to personal beliefs then fired. Considering legal action.

      Cons

      Really unfair treatment and not done with this issue.
