Its a great place fast paced, room for advancement and great company values. I loved working for them and still know many people that do.

Cons

The days can be long and sometimes its hard because you are an employee of Unidine and can be the only Unidine employee on the campus.

Discount for the cafeteria food which was superb.

Cons

There are several, but they include the following: CEO only cared for himself, poor training and mentoring, lack of communication within and outside prospective department, inconsistency of departmental policies and procedures, a high cost for subpar benefits, no room for growth, very little work/life balance, and the lack of ability for management to allow team members to think for themselves and promote ideas/suggestions (their way is the only way!).
