Pros

They let the chefs be creative sometimes.

Cons

Their health insurance cost is double of what other companies are, so when you think your salary might be higher, it actually works out to be lower. Senior management does not practice the company standards. They encourage you to memorize the beliefs and give you 50 bucks if you do, but they don't even follow, they say that they empower people to grow, not true, they burn people out, expect them to work way to many hours, sometimes 7 days a week, with no appreciation, always look at negative things. They have one main focus, bottom line, even if they hurt people to get there. Stab people in the back.
