      DON'T WORK FOR THEM

      Pros

      Was very good at my job. Liked by the staff. Learned how to multi task.

      Cons

      Long hours then turning around a cutting hours when promised a set amount. Not enough help when needed. Low morale making changes to make changes without explaining reason. Not listening to staff when they know the location and clients. Expecting hourly wage employees to be at 6 places at once while being either on conference calls or meets all day. Pay not anywhere close to what's deserved for amount off work.

      Pros

      Good food philosophy and service expectations delivered to client. Good pay for Managers and Chefs. Good clients to work for that support you and supply you with the tools that you need.

      Cons

      Low wages for the hourly staff. Hard to motivate and keep good people. Upper management micro manage you. Long hours. Corporate not much support in all departments.

      Pros

      Great people to work with who have a strong passion for what they do.

      Cons

      Very inconsistent upper management directly from the top (CEO). Micromanaging their employees and there is a 'culture' that is only writing on the wall and not actually followed or adhered to; only when it benefits the company.
