After working in hotels and catering for 22 years as a chef, I never had a opportunity to enjoy my life. Since joining Unidine In Jan. 2016, I have been able to enjoy my life and family. I am now able to still be completely fulfilled in my Executive Chef role, and enjoy my weekends off to spend with my loved ones. Unidine has empowered me with the ability to OWN my operation and run it very successfully. Also, the enormous of amount of operational support from the entire company has been very welcomed!!! No other company I have ever worked for prior to Unidine made me feel this welcomed and able to share in daily successes that all of us are able to achieve.
Cons
After four months of employment, I honestly have yet to find a downside to report.
