Pros

Great company in theory Quality over quantity based, very health based, all about the customer interaction

Cons

Expensive benefits, awful HR to try and get rid of said benefits, under staffing, no chance for advancement unless you're in a management position, terrible pay for what you have to learn to do the job.

Pros

The chef's and kitchen staff prepare wonderful meals for the residents. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

Cons

Not able to work overtime hours. Servers also have to wash their own dishes after serving meals and cleaning dining rooms.

Pros

Fantastic company to work for! I have never worked for a company that really immersed in the values and culture like we do here at Unidine. There are amazing opportunities to grow with the company. I started with Unidine as a Sous Chef and in less than a year of hard work I was able to move up to a Director role. Fantastic support all the way up the chain.

Cons

I don't have any real Cons, we are expected to work hard to make sure the client and our residents are satisfied. I would have it no other way!
