      After 22 years as a Chef, Unidine is the BEST place I have ever worked!!!

      Pros

      After working in hotels and catering for 22 years as a chef, I never had a opportunity to enjoy my life. Since joining Unidine In Jan. 2016, I have been able to enjoy my life and family. I am now able to still be completely fulfilled in my Executive Chef role, and enjoy my weekends off to spend with my loved ones. Unidine has empowered me with the ability to OWN my operation and run it very successfully. Also, the enormous of amount of operational support from the entire company has been very welcomed!!! No other company I have ever worked for prior to Unidine made me feel this welcomed and able to share in daily successes that all of us are able to achieve.

      Cons

      After four months of employment, I honestly have yet to find a downside to report.

      Pros

      Continual opportunities for growth and promotion from within the company. Unidine recognizes all team members who show they are living the culture of the company.

      Cons

      Health benefits and retirement are not the optimal plans, however have improved with growth. Job responsibilities expand as the company grows, although positions and salaries only reviewed yearly, however also improving.

      you can move up quickly because everyone quits.

      Cons

      They tell you one thing one day the next its something different.expect people to be mind readers ,and be able to do three people jobs at once, everyone so worried about being superior to another , most managers forget where the came from good forbid they come out from the desk and work on the floor when your short and help longer then five minutes.
