Pros

Locations are easily accessible and most people working there are friendly. Customers are obsessed with the owner so most are always busy. Food is very good.

Cons

Dysfunctional and unorganized leadership, Bleeding money, inconsistent expectations and employment standards. Leaders in roles they are not qualified for that perpetuate this terrible environment where laws are being broken and discrimination permeates the company with a blind eye being turned by everyone preaching the philosophy but not actually applying it to day to day operations.

Pros

-learning opportunities are available -you are surrounded by very talented chefs -the food is sourced through ethical and sustainable channels -food and beverage is excellent and creative -good hours for a restaurant -good benefits -it is fun to work in a museum

Cons

-asst. managers are inexperienced and clearly do not have mentors teaching them -absentee general manager -there is a lack of presence from executive leadership. there should be a monthly check-in to see how we are doing. -managers have poor communication with staff. (Ex. Still have not received feedback from the employee survey that was taken months ago) -disconnect between CEO's message and what is actually going on day-to-day
