The benefits offered are great- good health insurance, transit options, FSA/HSA, 401k (with 4% match), and even pet insurance.

Cons

I think your FOH experience really depends on the quality of management. In my experience, the majority of managers are toxic and incompetent. Promotions are not based on merit, operational procedures are not clear, and the C-suite is really only focused on their bottom line. If I asked 3 managers the same question, I would get 3 different answers. There were also a few points where some financials were not clear and tips went missing. When this was brought to the managers attention, some excuse was made and we were told they had a system in place, however that system was never enforced or made clear. A lot of people were pocketing cash.
