a lot of talk but not much action

good benefits, great employee discount

Cons

Despite the company capitalizing off of enlightened hospitality, toxic and poor management is a huge ongoing issue. It may depend on which restaurant you're at but I believe it trickles down from the top. Reporting toxic, borderline illegal, or incidents to HR and higher ups only makes it worse. Promotions are a favorites game and managers will assign hours based on how much they like you (which conveniently can't be "proved").
