People are young and intresting, as most of them are from different cities like Odissa,Kolkata, Shillong, Kerala where not. People are hired into calling profile mostly. They might have hired saying anything from different cities. The hard truth is once people leave their current jobs in their current cities like Noida and Delhi. They are forced to take calls here. I have seen few co workers of mine suffering to hell. Since they have left their current jobs in a better postion, they might have come here for a better package.They are fooled saying that they are given better postions and are forced to take calls. They have to lower themselves to agent level again. The worse now they can do it fail them in their mock calls and make them jobless. Few of them were lucky as they were with one or two generous managers.There is only one actually. Who helped them to continue in a chat process and also helped them get a higher position in bangalore after an year or so. But imagine what should be the condition of the other people who got neutral or torture managers. They might have gone home back jobless. Freshers are also hired saying its some technical role. When they come from eastern states like Mizoram, Assam and Shillong, Just imagine if they get to know its only a calling profile. Since they are freshers and have come to hyderabad and spent their parents money already. They hide their job profile is calling with their parents and continue working here like slaves.
